Something wrong with admin...

They appear to be keeping us updated on what's happening, and not just surprising us with downtime. Also, they seem to be trying to improve the experience.
Something must be wrong, right?

Thanks for the offers gents, i have i covered, if it does get to a stage where i am having the remortgage the home i will let you know.
