but the Blonde bumblecunt completely disregards the findings of the independant inquiry and refuses to sack her. Ministerial standards advisor resigns.
What an utter cunt this man (Johnson) is.

There were mitigating circumstances evidently. Though we don't know what they are as Johnson is not releasing the report
Patel has issued a fulsome apology. "I'm sorry
IF I upset anybody!!!
Job done, no problem and carry on as if nothing happened.

I am not sure there are any mitigating circumstances anyone can use that can justify bullying, the bitch has form in every department she has worked in, several out of court settlements against her, she is toxic.

Is every conservative government convinced their average punter is a mouth breathing moron? Are they just not bothered about losing centre-right voters like me?
I double ticked Labour in the recent NZ election because the alternative choice was a...hmm...what's the technical term...rude cunt.

So the Standards Watchdog's finding that Priti's bullying was in breach of the Ministerial Code has led to a resignation. I'm such a cynic but I wish I'd had a bet on that outcome.
Her defence was she didn't realise the effect her bullying was having on others. Whilst all her employees are hopefully expected to understand the effects of their own work performance.
One rule for Johnson's racists?

Wow.
The Prime Minister, who gave a mate a journalist's address so he could go and beat him up, doesn't fire someone for bullying?
Shocked, I am, so shocked.

Pussies. She’s doing a great job smashing illegal immigrants and putting down enemies of the State. If a few minions in Whitehall got their feelings hurt, it’s worth it!! Grow a spine!

So Bumblecunt secretly sits on his own Standards Watchdog Inquiry report for 2 months and within hours of its leak publicly concludes that it was wrong, for 2 reasons. Firstly, Petal's bullying over a 5 year period was accidental. And secondly, no one specifically drew the effects of her bullying to her attention in the 5 year period. As is the Petal's human right.
How could she be expected to take forward, to the stressful Home Office, any lessons from the £25,000 taxpayer-funded, out of court settlement made on her behalf from her previous, presumably gentler, Dept. of Employment role? Where legal correspondence had recorded that an employee attempted suicide after being shouted at, told to get lost and sacked because Petal didn't like her face?
Is Petal's lack of self awareness and capricious shouting and swearing really "strong". I can see how she is "confident" but this looks like the confidence of an out of control, spoilt child.
We have bosses here and presumably bosses who like a "strong woman". Any boss or business can end up in an Industrial Tribunal or settling claims. However, is there a Petal-supporting boss who would be comfortable with persistent Petal-like behaviour in their managers or who personally adopts that style to this day?

So imagine if your organisation killed 135 thousand people, sent millions more to foodbanks and terrorises millions more on a daily basis because it wants a taxcut.
Imagine that your organisation is a company that takes over countries through complete bullshit misinformation and lies, and sells off everything the country owns and has invested in for generations, to their mates, out of the backseat of the car whilst escaping to the airport?
Imagine that company is just a Sham Corp, that just know and senses that people are just not buying it anymore..and you as its owner is just looking for the door whilst stealing as many assets as possible..and cashing in your shares etc.
Would you really care if one of your lieutenants is a bullying cunt?
