Georgia Ireland?

Entertaining half. Georgia’s try was excellent, but in general they’re far too sloppy. Can tell they’re used to bullying sides

It was a wonderful try. Worth waiting for.

Great turn over to win that penalty
Only 10 points behind.

Proper game of rugby, livened up by what is either good banter or mutual hatred between Stringer and Flannery

Georgia’s discipline has been great at the breakdown. England could learn a thing or two about not giving successive penalties away.

Yup. Against a side with zero creativity or playing to a no width game plan, you don't need to win a turnover at every breakdown. Just do enough to slow the ball and they run out of ideas and make a mistake or kick it away.

And right on cue........

Italy's place in the 6N is under threat

For me, this Autumn has confirmed Georgia deserve exposure and respect, but are not at 6N level yet. Would love to see England scrap the BaaBaas game and host them every year instead, maybe send the Saxons to Tbilisi as well

Hmm. Ironically I think they are (finally) improving with some decent youngsters coming through (witness their U21s). Question is how to be fair to them and give Georgia the chance the clearly deserve to step it up a notch?

Get some sort of agreement for one of the 6N to go to Tbilisi each Autumn on rotation, as I say host them at HQ in May as well

We've waited years for Italy to improve. It's always a few years away......
Not saying Georgia should replace them now, but they couldn't be any worse.

Well they can and have been, plus with the greatest of respect to Tbilisi I love a weekend in Rome

That second half was eye bleedingly bad. First half not much better.

Ireland and Wales are not in a good place at the moment but I guess things can only get better.

Georgia v Fiji, next Sat, should be interesting - assuming Fiji get past their Virus issues.

Actually, all the remaining games look interesting.
