Interesting to read that Michael Cheika is saying he still wants another chance to coach Wallabies to a World cup. Would perhaps upset a few people, but personally can't see why it would be impossible, I would think he has learnt a bit from his first stint, and you would think with a few more years he would keep developing as a coach.
Interested to hear your opinions.

Sounds like a great idea.

I’d say it would be a near unanimous 9/10 nations from the top tier supporting this.

This was a post from another forum, but food for thought isn't it? Is this a commendation of Pumas coac.hing set up or condemnation of RA's coaching team. One team has a 16.66% winning record and one team has a 25% winning record, hell's teeth is this the worst record by a Wallaby team in a year?

Sure, 1 win 3 draws and 2 losses could be better, it could also be a lot worse with a new coach trying to turn around a flagging team (just ask Pivac!).

True mate, but Pumas had a 50% win rate against ABs, Aus had 25% against ABs, so guess question remains. So statisically the Pumas coaching staff has the better there too. The reason I ask is who do takes responsibility for the record, is it the players or the coaching staff? Some say on this forum the buck stops at the coach, but is it really that simple?

And one of reasons I ask is there are a few posters starting in various forums are starting to compare Rennie and Deans in results etc.
And it good time to answer in a thread about Cheika, who if Pumas are anything to go by, maybe a very good defence coach who should stick with that, and maybe he (like John Mitchell) is more suited to this job and not head coach.
