Can't be arsed translating.
So is it still TBC or the actual rule that BP wins apply if only one side has all the cases?

Sorry. Just says both games off. Exeter because they have a load of cases and Glasgow self imposed because they played Exeter (well, were on the same pitch). ERC to discuss and make a decision on the results though.
Now, we all knew this was likely to happen so why were the rules not stated at outset? ERC making it up on the fly?

We may have a winner folks.
As per its COVID-19 protocol, EPCR will convene Match Result Resolution Committees to determine the results of the cancelled matches and the decisions of the committees will be communicated as soon as practicable.”

Yeah. Just found that too. Can rugby authorities make the game any more farcical? Answer = YES.

In other words if it’s a team that doesn’t bring a big tv audience that has to call off, they’ll get screwed over. If it’s a big club, they’ll get a chance to play the game.

Happily it's just a hastily thrown together mickey mouse tournament being run for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations so that's not too much bother. A bit of rest is a great thing for these guys.

I don't think any rules, in this situation, will ever satisfy everyone; but I think that if a team gets a win, & then, like this; subsequently, has positive tests; they should immediately be deducted any points from that result, (no change to their opponents points); & then if they have to miss their next game, their opponent gets a simple Non-BP win; or else the panel makes an assessment of the result.
There's no way that Exeter should be allowed to both keep these points; & bugger up their opponents chances of a subsequent win.

Hasty or not, there's no excuse for not setting the rules for this eventuality since the haste is down to the very same conditions that have caused the pps.
So what do we get? Some panel of old farts like the old days of the pools when it snowed in Winter? I can see Lyon being very p*ssed off with this.

More on this joke mess
Glasgow's players underwent Covid-19 testing on Wednesday with the results expected on Thursday. A club spokesperson informed Telegraph Sport that the Pro14 side expect to receive a 28-0 bonus-point defeat for being unable to fulfil the fixture, in accordance with the tournament's participation agreement, despite at this stage not having returned any positive tests.
If that's correct, what is there to be discussed by Eurofools?

Is this any different to the lottery that is/was the snow rules?

This may prove true, but leaving some flexibility in a fast changing environment where it's hard to predict events is fair enough. Hopefully some hindsight will prove useful
