Winds over 100mph last night, wide-spread flooding and snow due later tonight. Winter has arrived.

Lost power last night but thankfully we don't live in a flood prone area.

2020 ending like it started with storms. What a shite year

Quite high winds last night around here. Very quiet and even sunny now. A few deckchairs strewn in back garden, but absolutely nothing in comparison to the devastation in the living room. Can’t see the floor for the Christmas toy carnage everywhere.

But it looks like we have been very lucky considering other parts of the UK.

Might be snow early tomorrow.

I see 1000 people had to be evacuated from a holiday park

What the fuck were 1000 people doing at a holiday park?

They live there.

Nobody actually goes for a holiday to Northamptonshire.

Rain and wind woke me at about 3:00am
Found empty compost bin in middle of the garden this morning
Must have been a major hurricane!

Part of my fence almost blew down. I've hammered a nail in it in a half-arsed way and am hoping for calm weather.

Bird feeder moved a couple of feet.
In UK terms, I think it was a category 6

Branching out to crazy golf to pay the bills??

How does a trampoline find it’s way on this hole? It’s completely surrounded by trees?

Some snow last night and the MSM are doing their usual routine of working themselves into a frenzy.

Still makes a pleasant change from Covid
