2. You can post pictures of semi-naked women. I'm sure they are happy to be glorified but lots of posts on here have reproduced pictures where the photographer has certain copyrights.
3. It's no big deal really. Some make a mountain out of a molehill.

It's not difficult, globus. Those photos of women aren't personal shots, and they're not personal shots of people on this forum and planet rugby who'd rather you respected their right to privacy. It's not about copyright, it's about not being a twat to the members of these forums. The fact that in almost all cases you weren't even part of the cabal and you just have some sick obsession with collecting and posting these photos just adds a layer of extreme creepiness to it all.

OK - so you're going down the petty road - which is fine if that's what you want to put out.

So unlike you - I will answer your questions directly.

1. Yes - this is particularly true with members of a forum. If you are putting up a photo that identifies members of this forum then you must make sure that all in the photo associated with being members here are OK with the photo being displayed.
2. My opinion on this (not at all based in law) would suggest that all photos in the public domain - being accessible without copywrite are OK to post in a private forum. BUT if the owner or subject of the photo requests that the photo is removed - then the photo should be removed.
3. Obviously it is a big deal to you because you have started a thread about it - which is the exact example of making a mountain out of a molehill.

Now - can you answer my question and highlight the example of censorship and hypocrisy that you have experienced on this site?
