Quite windy and raining here. Tonite lamb chop and rib, sunday rump steak..

Sea Shack will move a bit from the beach and reopen Augus/September. Can't believe only one ou topple moaning and they can't renew their rental from KAM. Now they rent from Admiral.

I burnt the bottom of our steak last night. Was eating chicken wings and forgot it.

Bit off steak recently. Rather do something else with it like curry or Vietnamese. Did chicken pieces. One thing about chicken. Its a lot of work to braai

Impromptu home made burgers on the braai on Sunday. Made a great mix but forgot to add agg to keep them together, just about managed to retain their shape and they were delicious. Loving the Six Gun Grill seasoning.

6 gun is good, the sauce is good for chicken as well.

Recently discovered a different spice which is quite good, Safari I think. They've a biltong spice which is good with steak and lamb chops.
