What will be the game of the day today?
If the Prem Cup matches are as one sided as the one last night they will all be shite. I always thought that the teams in this comp were made up with development players and "binjuice" squad members, Glaws were stacked with regulars whilst I only recognised 2 or 3 Bath names.Kawazaki wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 10:25 am Autumn Internationals

Think you've got the top 3 matches in the right order.

England Oz will be close I think.
Scotland SA has potential but I’m very unconvinced Scotland can go the distance up front.
Ireland NZ? Could be decent

Ireland will win. England will hammer Straya. Sefrica will grind out a dull and uninspiring win.Openside wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 11:05 am Ireland will get humped IMO
Eng vs Aus will be a close contest.
Scotland will lead SA and then do something utterly mindless and lose…
I cannot see Ireland winning after 80 mins…ScarfaceClaw wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 11:40 amIreland will win. England will hammer Straya. Sefrica will grind out a dull and uninspiring win.Openside wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 11:05 am Ireland will get humped IMO

After 80 minutes I’ll still be waiting for the All Black loosies to compete at a breakdown and not be standing in the centres. Ireland will win the game through dominating the rucks and turnovers.Openside wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 11:49 amI cannot see Ireland winning after 80 mins…ScarfaceClaw wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 11:40 amIreland will win. OK, as the first one it's winning so far but it was great stuff.
Woke up so got up and caught last quarter of Ire-USA Women.
20-10 Ireland with a last minute penalty, but US robbed of an earlier try as the officials didn't check with the TMO.
US team leaner than most, and rather dashing with the ball. Women's Rugby might be the future there rather than the Men's.

First big game over, and it's still the Ladies way in front.

Two from two so far. Now England to batter Straya and my misery will be complete.
Any tips on the lottery numbers?ScarfaceClaw wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 11:40 amIreland will win. England will hammer Straya. Sefrica will grind out a dull and uninspiring win.Openside wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 11:05 am Ireland will get humped IMO

Not sure if Scotland did anything particularly mindless, but you were right otherwiseOpenside wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 11:05 am Ireland will get humped IMO

It is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting, but for freedom - for that alone, which no honest man gives up but with life itself.

Flinging the ball around; trying left & right, & calling it thriving in chaos; looks mindless. Especially when there's just as good a chance of an opposition player picking off one of those passes, & flying in for an unopposed score; as there is of getting out of your half.Yr Alban wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 9:21 pmNot sure if Scotland did anything particularly mindless, but you were right otherwiseOpenside wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 11:05 am Ireland will get humped IMO

It's Rugby; not Roulette; & even most mug gamblers understand that Roulette is the Houses favorite game.
Dalton probably the only NZ forward who stood up today... they were owned by the Irish... absolutely no platform for the backs who played off scraps all day... so I put the blame squarely on Foster and Plumtree... we are still being bossed at the breakdown by more physical sides. I have never seen the All Blacks dominated at the breakdown as comprehensively as they were today... even worse than in the World Cup semi... is the pack under-powered or under-coached? Then again the breakdown involves the backs as well... so is it a technical issue, as it keeps happening?ScarfaceClaw wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 3:47 pmI’m still in business with those predictions.Grandpa wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 12:04 pmAkira isn't playing...ScarfaceClaw wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 11:55 am
