If Cuthbert scores against you, you are in terrible trouble.

Totally. Not the fittest at the best of times but playing with 13 for 20 mins will accelerate the decline. Fiji need to go 7s style now.

How are Wales being spread wide by 13 men? This isn’t over

Yep. Even with 13 they still look threatening with ball in hand. Wales bleeding penalties out of desperation when Fiji start string together some phases it manage some offloads.Torquemada 1420 wrote: Sun Nov 14, 2021 4:58 pmTotally. They should just stick with that and they’ll be in with a chance.

If I were Welsh, I'd be fuming at this effort.Paddington Bear wrote: Sun Nov 14, 2021 5:00 pm How are Wales being spread wide by 13 men? This isn’t over

Jeez, Matawalu's looking intense as he comes on.
Fiji’s kicking has been very poor. Pity. Just keep running it lads. The Welsh are looking skittish in contact.
Keep running at them and you’ll get a penalty eventually.

Not really. He had no right to make that but Volavola could not be arsed to work to get back. His team has worked its butt off but he wants to lounge around.

How the fuck is Shanklin given this comms job? He's awful.
'Cannot defend against that'. If Volavola didn't decide to stop running and just look at the ball then that was incredibly defensible.

No sympathy here. Volavola could have made the decision non existent.Blake wrote: Sun Nov 14, 2021 5:08 pm It’s going to be criminal if that’s given.
Bullshit call that. Fiji robbed.
Why is it a bullshit call? Ball stays in contact with the hand/arm all the way.Blake wrote: Sun Nov 14, 2021 5:08 pm It’s going to be criminal if that’s given.

So close you had to award it.
But again a long tedious dialogue by the ref.

Pivac the ultimate lucky general. How many games have Wales won under him that haven’t involved a red card, a bullshit try or both?

Slick was yesterday at Murrayfield. I am jealous, look like a nice crowd and weather.Torquemada 1420 wrote: Sun Nov 14, 2021 5:58 pmSee above for my opinion. The only +ve is I'm not Welsh.
It was a really nice day actually. A good few Saffers in town which was great to add to the atmosphere. A very enjoyable rugby day despite the game!OomStruisbaai wrote: Sun Nov 14, 2021 6:06 pmSlick was yesterday at Murrayfield. There was one really loud obnoxious Saffer in the tier above us who roared just as Finn took his first two kicks. After the second one there was a bit of shouting and I saw a few folk standing up and staring, then a cheer. No idea what happened but he was never heard again.

There are always stupid cunts. Our lot need to learn old rugby values to shut up with kicks. In Paarl with the biggest interschools in world rugby the crowd do the same with kicks while at Newlands they vokken boo like animals.Slick wrote: Sun Nov 14, 2021 6:16 pmIt was a really nice day actually. You’re right, same all over the world, always a couple of dicks in any crowd. I’m not that bothered by booing kicks if that’s what’s done in your part of the world, but when the stadium is quiet for both sets of kickers then respect thatOomStruisbaai wrote: Sun Nov 14, 2021 6:24 pmThere are always stupid cunts.
