Cardiff Capitulation Official Match Thread
That did actually happen in the Tigers vs saints game yesterday. Saints scored and Tigers had a player binned (correctly).
Rambo definitely got called for a penalty.Big D wrote: Sat Feb 12, 2022 3:12 pm2 pens, one on each prop. Rambo top carrier on forwards who hasn't packed at 8.Slick wrote: Sat Feb 12, 2022 3:08 pmMeant penalties around the park, I think 4 between them. The ruck has been an issue and I think the other 3 would have dealt with that better as well. No domination in the scrumsBig D wrote: Sat Feb 12, 2022 3:05 pm
One scrum penalty isn't it? Schoeman has been very effective in the loose.
I think it's done it's job to an extent. Let's the other 3 come on fresh and create havoc.
They haven’t been bad, just not sure it’s really gone to plan
We aren't committing to the breakdown across the park. Seems to be a team tactic. The subs should be able to provide real impact.
Anyway.

Feel like the England fans among us probably saw this coming from a mile offInsane_Homer wrote: Sat Feb 12, 2022 3:04 pm It's such a shame to have a tip top former ref that should be able to give us insightful commentary to the vagaries and intricacies of the laws of game and instead he just dishes up myopic one-eyed shrill fucking drivel.![]()

Nope. Very persistent fouling from Tiger's within 10 metres of the try line. Ref was correct as well.Insane_Homer wrote: Sat Feb 12, 2022 3:17 pmdidnt see it. This rugby league goal line drop kick can fuck right off.
I agree, been really poor, i guess he has been listening to all the hype
Yeah a bit too much gilding of his performance vs EnglandASMO wrote: Sat Feb 12, 2022 3:38 pmI agree, been really poor, i guess he has been listening to all the hype
Echoing Nige, not a fan of goal line drop out instead of 22m drop out (does it even exist any more?) I didn't realize goal line dropout applied to that scenario until relatively recently. I thought it was just for ball held up over the line.
This doesn't discourage speculative kicks, imo.

Fairly static passing from Scotland. No one taking the ball at pace and fairly easy for Wales to defend.
