He does it all the time. Forearm to the throat of the tackler. Admittedly the tackle should be lower but it seems to be a bad technique from Aki.Torquemada 1420 wrote: Sat Feb 12, 2022 5:10 pmYeah. I wanted a replay of that oneScarfaceClaw wrote: Sat Feb 12, 2022 5:10 pm Bundee Aki leading with his forearm/elbow into a tackle again. He’s going to get pinged for that at some point.

You could not make it up. Ireland clear out from the side at nearly every ruck and Gardiner pings Willemse for it.
He only ever appears on screen at scrum or because someone runs into him.

Not sure why the crowd are whistling that. Not even close to straight.

Any danger of a pundit today taking time off from supporting their team to try and analyse the game? Jesus

Where’s Benjamin Kaizer? I rate him as a pundit. He’s normally very fair to both teams.Paddington Bear wrote: Sat Feb 12, 2022 5:19 pm Any danger of a pundit today taking time off from supporting their team to try and analyse the game? Jesus

Irish tackling is very upright, plenty of hits that don't look far off collecting a card.

He plays smarter, not faster.Blackmac wrote: Sat Feb 12, 2022 5:14 pm (The French No.3) only ever appears on screen at scrum or because someone runs into him.
French did a caterpillar, and he stood way in front, waiting for the kick.
Still way in front after the kick was made, he made a desultory signal with his hands as if play had caught him offside.
Within a moment or two, the rest of the French team had surged past him.

Yeah, that's a RWC winning team out there. It wouldn't be an injustice to be further behind.Paddington Bear wrote: Sat Feb 12, 2022 5:31 pm Ireland have done well not to have been blown away here, France look serious
