Didn't quite understand the v close offside for Lukaku. Looked like they drew the line from his elbow, which I'm pretty sure you're not allowed to score with.

Superb 0-0, could've been 6-5. Hope Chelsea win the pens as it's probably the last tournament they'll ever win, and what better way to go than winning the mighty Carabao Cup?

Ah, the penalty specialist keeper is brought on for the shootout, fails to save 11 in a row, then blasts his one over the bar.

Congrats Liverpool. Chelsea's inability to stay onside or put chances away came back to bite in the end. High quality game though.

That was a hell of a 0-0 match. It could have been 4-4 given the chances both teams had.

And I thought Lukaku was onside. About the only time in the few minutes he was on the field that he was onside.

No, the league cup. It's had several silly names over the years, Arsène Wenger always used to complain about having to play in it, but it suddenly became trendy to try and win it around the mid 2000s
