I made myself watch that right through and I hate myself for doing that, you Neigs for posting it and that smug fuckwit that put it together most of all.
It reminded me of that PR poster who invented his own ratings system for cricket players then proceeded to try and tell everyone it was the only ratings system that worked and could be relied on.
I think this bloke has done some impressive data crunching with player stats regarding games played and come to the conclusion that this is the holy grail of performance measurement. He's failed to account for injury, tactical changes, coaching expertise or any of the rest of those quantities that make or break successful rugby teams.
I need to kick a cat.

My apologies! I scrolled quite a few comments and it was all praise. Being someone who's not that into stats and definitely not 'moneyballing' rugby, I was like 'This is a HUGE stretch, right? Sure, having familiarity among teammates can help, but there are many factors that go into team performance more important than this.'
Watch Eddie Jones hire this guy and restrict selections to Sarries, Quins, and Leicester only.
