He is EXACTLY what the $harks needed. A big bruiser._Os_ wrote: Sat Oct 15, 2022 4:02 pm Great second half, that's real Sharks rugby, maximum risk on attack, crunching on defence.
Strange seeing Eben in a Sharks jersey, he's Mnr.Kaapstad.

Eben is a monster.
Was looking forward to watching the Glasgow game after the kids went to bed tonight, then Premier Sports tells us the score at half time.

Oom Fester are you ready for the Bulls?
Didn’t realise it was Munster v Bulls after, that’s a decent replacementSlick wrote: Sat Oct 15, 2022 5:12 pm Was looking forward to watching the Glasgow game after the kids went to bed tonight, then Premier Sports tells us the score at half time.

this was always coming when we saw the tackle stats in the first half, it tires the defence out
Oh yeah, still some work to do on the line out though. Could have been away at half time with a bit more precision.Tichtheid wrote: Sat Oct 15, 2022 6:01 pmthis was always coming when we saw the tackle stats in the first half, it tires the defence out

I was a bit worried in the first half, they wasted so much pressure without turning it into points. Second half has been comfortable though.
Agreed, we need to get all parts of the game right for when we face sterner tests - we have Munster and Sarries in the coming weeks
It’s amazing how Ireland just seem to have a constant stream of intelligent rugby players who make so few mistakes. None of their teams at club or international level have any glaring weak links and they all know how to win.
They also have a constant stream of shite commentators, but hey ho

I think they could safely skip the water breaks tonight, the air is about 120% H2O as it is

The best was an ex-Munster player whose name I think I remember but I don't want to get it wrong (cough, Frankie Sheehan? cough) - he was the players' agent after he retired - his commentary was hilarious

Bulls are shite.
This is not even a vintage Munster side
Beirne and Barclay won them that title

Aye, they were a brilliant set of players to have in your side
Who is their backline/attack coach?
Wasn't a great half.

That's the big worry. They lost their passion. Maybe Coetzee on his way to Japan let them leaderless.
Should've gone with groot slaptjips, all the teams I've seen him coach knew what they were doing on attack, even Namibia.OomStruisbaai wrote: Sat Oct 15, 2022 7:31 pmKlein Slaptjips.
