So far this year the Stormers URC team has not been able to beat the Sharks. It's 1 to nil for the Sharks. He is doing well, considering his size. I can see why he was capped by Scotland.
I'm a bit disappointed with Venter. With Vincent and Siya in the mix now, he's going to struggle to get game time.

Listening to his post match chat. It feels like it's still new to Eben being a Shark. We have been through this with every player that joins. Given time he will grow to be a part of the family. All the accolades he received for Saturdays performance certainly helped him feel like he fits in. He really took his trade to a different level. I can't remember a game that he was so involved and fitted in so smoothly. Of course he is one of the ultimate professionals. Everett talked about how diligently Eben studied his part. Like Eben said. This team is going to go places........I am really enjoying his involvement. I feel proud to be a Sharks supporter.assfly wrote: Tue Oct 18, 2022 12:39 pm One game for the $harks and Eben is immediately called into the Bok squad.
So nice to see a talented player finally reaching his full potential in the right environment.

I guess it's different for you, WP/Stormers have always been the benchmark in South African rugby.

I am worried about him playing non stop since the 1st Wales test. They hardly sub him. Will be a tragedy if we lose him.

Yet here you are going on about a win against the Stormers? During last season. Which we won.

Richardson is turning into a bit of a beast. He's now at 110 kg as per the Sharks site. James Venter is a tiny guy for a forward. 1.79m and 97kg. He's a real little dynamo but being undersized for your position is always going to limit you. Kwagga Smith is the same. 1.8m and 95kg. He's a complete physical freak though.assfly wrote: Tue Oct 18, 2022 5:44 amHe is doing well, considering his size. Been quite impressed by Dylan Richardson. He seems to have added some power to his mobility. Hitting a lot harder than he was last season.

Anyone following the Sacha drama. Rassie is hinting he will take Sacha on the year end tour but it's " up to the youngster".
My advice. Take the English offer Sacha. How many players has Rassnabber vokked over. The twins. Esterhuizen. Roos. Capping them and vokking their international careers. Let's be honest. Nienaber has a hard on for Willemse. No way he will undo all that to let Sacha take over the 10 duties. No matter how much better Sacha may be.

DHL Stormers prop Sazi Sandi is free to play after an appeal to overturn his three-week ban for a red card in Round 3 of the Vodacom #URC was successful. The red card has been expunged from his record.

Leinster may well end up comfortable enough against Munster, but if you're expecting Ulster to just roll over and have their belly rubbed I think you're in for a bit of a surprise. Sharks obviously still favourites, but I expect it to be a very tough game.
