Well, I'll be off to Marseille for the SA game if anyone else is heading that direction.

I think we underestimate the interest in each game. Maybe next weekend we can have separate threads? Feels a bit crowded in here otherwise...
Admittedly it is a touch with the team announcements all at once, but it will get more focused when the games start and play one after the other.. well … except the first ones which are at the same time.
Anyway screw you all. I’m going to sulk and leave it to others to do week 3.

Ta, I’m on the Prime, three Alexas at the last count.Paddington Bear wrote: Thu Nov 03, 2022 8:20 amUnless they've changed it you can get a free trial of Amazon for a month and then cancel after the rugby. Alternatively I think it would be less than a tenner for a hell of a lot of rugby and highlights on demand. Got to say I think their coverage is very good.GogLais wrote: Wed Nov 02, 2022 1:01 pm I was hoping to see a couple of games but there’s not one on terrestrial telly. Heigh ho.

I really rate Cam Roigard, who's on the bench for the Claytons XV against Ireland A tomorrow. Wouldn't be surprised if he's in the ABs frame as early as next year.

I'm with Torq... Christie has shown a bit at Super level but he's not cutting the mustard at Test level. He had a decent appearance on the ABs end of year tour last year but since then he's been average to middling to poor.Slick wrote: Thu Nov 03, 2022 9:19 pmHarsh on the ladTorquemada 1420 wrote: Thu Nov 03, 2022 9:05 pmThat's because he's as close to being an intl SH as I am to being a poster boy.Gumboot wrote: Thu Nov 03, 2022 6:32 pm No surprise that Christie's been dropped, he had a poor game against Japan. Henshaw out, McCloskey starts, & Jimmy O'Brien goes to the bench, instead of the A game tonight.

I like McCloskey, big, powerful runner with some good skillz, he and Ringrose make a scary partnership, in fact.

Good grief... you won't often see a kick pass come off that easily

The Irish scrum half was all over the place. Smith took it quite easily.

McMillan sitting right beside Rangi in the box... and the team showing the same signs of really enjoying themselves.Guy Smiley wrote: Wed Nov 02, 2022 8:25 pm
It'll be interesting to see what Rangi can do with this team, thrown together quickly for a couple of throwaway games. Clayton McMillan's work with the Maori ABs this year was inspiring, I hope he can do something similar.
