The Welsh schools final has been moved away from the Principality Stadium, with official reason being they need to get everything ready for the six nations.
However, the real reason, according to rumour, is that the roof is stuck and the grass is dying. Seems like an apt description of Welsh rugby as a whole.
Symbolism in Welsh Rugby
There was an issue re Oz where the roof was meant to be either open or closed (obviously) and was stuck half open. Or half closed. The pitch didn’t look brilliant then, admittedly after games on three successive weekends.Biffer wrote: Fri Dec 02, 2022 11:56 am The Welsh schools final has been moved away from the Principality Stadium, with official reason being they need to get everything ready for the six nations.

You could reinforce that by highlighting just how much the WR starved every other aspect of Welsh rugby in order to fund the stadium. Kinda like the waste in HS2 whilst the NHS is dying. You might, one day, get to hospital faster but you won't receive any treatment when you arrive.Biffer wrote: Fri Dec 02, 2022 11:56 am The Welsh schools final has been moved away from the Principality Stadium, with official reason being they need to get everything ready for the six nations.

Seem to recall that this has been an issue since it was first erected? As in, there were concerns that the hole in the roof wasn’t big enough to let in enough light?
It is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting, but for freedom - for that alone, which no honest man gives up but with life itself.
