Yup. Ground is like concrete (the bits that aren't already concrete) so it will all run off immediately. The start of the rugby season will certainly be pushed back beyond then. Our pitches are completely unplayable and all contact has been banned.
Our lads have been training for 5 or 6 weeks now and have not had a scrum practise yet.
