Burt, just such a legend of a songwriter. RIP.

I saw Mr Bungle in Sydney in 2000 and they opened with What The World Needs Now. FNM often played Burt live as well.

RIP a total legend. Amazing he had all time classic records from the Carpenters to Aretha Franklin. I'm a tad fond of his work with Elvis Costello
