44 - 3 now.

Ospreys would get bossed by the Taranaki U9s, I'm starting to agree that the Welsh players are massively overpaid

58 - 3 FT .... and they didn't do enough to deserve the three.

If there's any O's players expecting the WRU to come to them, on bended knee with a contract, they need to wise up !!

The fecking mini's would have put 30 pts on them tonight

The state of Welsh rugby right now does NONE of us in NH any favours. Feck all joy in being on the right side.of a non-contest.

It''s not like it's a big surprise, is it ?

It's been the slowest of slow motion crashes. It's like watching a pisshead walking along the train tracks, listening to their tunes, oblivious to the freight train moving at modest speed behind them, while all around are people waving their arms, & begging them to just get out of the way.

This year we'll hear the squish.

Infuriating from Williams, saunters up to ruck with one defender against half the Lions pack, meerkats as hard as he can and then is shocked when the ball is immediately lost. Best scrumhalves like peak Smith, du Perez seem to know how a ruck actually functions, so many nines just seem to have never been part of one

And then Williams fucks around back of maul, gives a pass to the feet after letting the Lions line up every man and we're back on our line.

How the hell are people talking Williams as competing for Bok colours is beyond me

Good from Bosch, Lions are as dire without the individuals

Refs positioning needs to improve and needs bucket loads more confidence.

Getting blown up for a having fat chats before each line-out just shows how amateurish the team is without the senior players and a competent coach

Ref is right, independent doctor must take Venter off, get stitched or stay off.

For his lack of confidence I like this ref

Sharks will go up a level when the Lion of Westville comes on. He should actually be captain when there's no Boks, more of a natural leader than anyone out there at the moment, cannot assert yourself and lead without any real heart or confidence. The Sharks players are too quiet, don't need huddles and hushed chats if someone is bossing it and barking orders.

Glad going for touch, the reality is the Lions are poor - the players need to play as much as possible

I'm really glad they only landed on a penalty for that, good teamwork from the refs.

Connacht doing the necessary against Zebre, 13 -31 HT

We've two away matches against the two weakest sides in the URC, & absolutely need to take 10 pts, & as much points difference as we can out of them.

Much higher quality game.

And what a difference a bit of atmosphere makes. Lions games should be the build up match for high school derbies.

Stormers got an ugly win. Again defense won it for them. Dobson who earn less then the Lions coach deserve all the credit.

I've no idea how, but Leinster are in front 26 - 7 at HT

They scored two tries in the last four minutes of the half, & Dragons haven't been bad, just sloppy. I think the stats would be pretty evenly matched, apart from the one that counts.

Anyone know why the Bulls hosted a dance party at Loftus at the same time as a rugby match? Stupid DJ wanker.

Scarlets actually played pretty well, accurate, aggressive and really wanted it.

Edinburgh had nothing really, panicked in attack where rush defense shut them down, suffered turnovers and knock-ons that Scarlets ran in from their half in the first 20. Edinburgh never really in the game, were relying too hard on individual players to get momentum that just didn't, Watson/Mata shut down instantly.

Fair play to the Bulls for pulling in such a big crowd, especailly when they are such underdogs playing against rugby royalty.

It's hard to believe there's only 59km separating Ellis Park from Loftus. That crowd in Ellis Park is an utter embarrassment and Joburg fans deserve better. Surely playing the match at a school or club ground would draw more fans and make for a better atmosphere.

Was surprise with the rugby royalty support at Loftus.
