Good game so far but the injuries are piling up for Munster.

That's terrible. No excuse for going so high.

Yep, think they thought the 7 points would come easy.

With the attrition so far, I think Leinsters Minis could be sent out to face whatever battered team mkes it thru this game
There was a penalty scored by them in March and it had been their first penalty goal since December. It's been working for them so far this season, but knock out rugby is a different game.

Plenty of time left for them to pull themselves back into the game yet.

They should have just copied Connacht from last night, & take 3 when they're offered.
It's perfectly possible that Munster have someone sent off too, & not getting any kind of score in the half is what loses Glasgow the game.

Way the game was going best thing they could do is not come out after HT and save any injuries/suspensions from the challenge cup final
Fair point.fishfoodie wrote: Sat May 06, 2023 7:43 pmThey should have just copied Connacht from last night, & take 3 when they're offered.

I think they could hammer away all night but Horne is not helping by giving up ground time and again with aimless box kicks.Tichtheid wrote: Sat May 06, 2023 8:11 pm Munster's energy in defence has been outstanding all night.
Glasgow look great when teams let them run amok, but Munster have shut them down very successfully.

It's that kind of situation where the current laws just don't seem fair.

Glasgow would probably get more value from watching the Munster video recap next week, than their own.Blackmac wrote: Sat May 06, 2023 8:37 pm Well done Munster. Incredibly solid performance regardless of the cards.
It might now have much razzle dazzle, but they won while only scoring twice, defended brilliantly throughout, & managed the clock in the 2nd half. It was them showing the grit, after losing a slew of key players that Glasgow need to learn.
I’m sure I heard them say something about capacity was set at 19,000 and they had sold 16,000. Wonder what that is aboutfishfoodie wrote: Sat May 06, 2023 4:16 pmI'd say a lot are holding onto their money for the Final, or the HEC final.
Too many games, & too many Euros per ticket !
