I was one of the few who picked Pau after all the late ASM changes. Expected it to be a turdfest. What has happened to Joseph?

Thankfully ST v LOU was a cracker and if Berdeu hadn't gone all Finn Russell, LOU would have won.

PS Seeing those ****s MH lose and spoofer PSA lose the plot afterwards made the w/e.

Talking about Russell, just finished viewing a replay of the Racing - Bordeaux game, and Russell coming on changed the game. He is an outstanding player.

Lucu had a huge game and is an excellent placed kicker.

Don't know him and was watching without commentary so couldn't identify him. Sorry

Spoofer Piglet and his rugby cancer MH might get out of this game thanks to AB committing suicide but they are utter muck and Coly must be the worst Fre qualified SH in a decade.

Didn't look so clever today against a club whose entire budget is less than his wage.

Will review the replay. Apparently Lopez was outstanding. He is enjoying his time on the coast. I think he plays without pressure and just for the pleasure.

I always liked Lopez and always had the feeling he never quite managed to be at his best consistently, which is a shame. He was important for Clermont.

Started watching the replay of Castres-Toulon. Isa is a hell of a player. On Castres side, Dumora is an excellent fullback. Never made it in the French team but must not have been too far.

Barlot knocked himself out in the first 5 min. Hope he is OK. Netween now and the RWC, we can still lose a lot of players. Jaminet hurt his ankle too... that will be a factor in how we fare.

Everyone hates CO but I cannot help but respect what they achieve with their resources. Compare their term spirit with MH.

Dumora is now a mile ahead of Bouthier who, like the rest of MH, looks disinterested and/or sh*t. I wonder if Jaminet will even remain part of the Fra squad now given how little he has played.

UBB v LOU should have been a cracker on paper but was a mess of errors.

I get why ST rested everyone ahead of Europe but Paris had no real excuse for short changing their fans in what a laughably named "Choc".

Disgraceful stuff from ASM

who are racking up more than their fair share of concussion claims.

Jesus, Fre reffing

Watch the no arms hit to the head of Rodor about 72 mins and the ref sees it as not even a pen FFS.

How in kerrrrrrist's name that spoofer Saint-Andre has a job. MH lose at home to the bottom club despite playing the vast majority of the game with a man advantage.

Great spirit by the bottom two sides in their struggle for survival.

Watched the first half of Toulouse Bordeaux. It was scrappy but Dupont made the difference again. I found Marchand rusty, especially at lineout time.

Pretty much was the Dupont show. He really does mask so many other players' limitations, including Ntamack.

Moefana was awful and should not be anywhere near the Fre selection now.

Afraid so. Another talented player who seems to be made of glass. However, it's not something to celebrate because FH is now Fra's weakest position.

Sometimes, you are like Bimbo. Obsessed with one vision of the world.

Leaving your pet boy Ntamack aside... have you seen how well Hastoy is doing lately? Hell, we could even call back Lopez! Ramos is a very good fly-half too.

Now you are dreaming if you think an untested Hastoy or a proven failed at intl level Lopez can do a RWC job at such short notice. Dupont is a better FH than Ramos.

Apparently the Lyon players have been asking for Garbajosa 's head.

What a contrats with Perpignan players who saved Arletaz this season.

What do you make of Hastoy, Torque? Still worried he hasn't been bloodied at international level?

Serin, for Toulon, was in fine form but he seems to have suffered a serious injury.

Hastoy was near perfect. I have said before, one thing I like about him is he always plays with a smile. A player who does that is never going to fold due to pressure. He might make errors but you know it won't affect him.

It's interesting too because TKB is not the ideal SH for him. TKB's service is quite slow but he is like another backrower. That''s why LaR as less effective without Danty. It's the same reason as Fra except at LaR it's TKB who slows the service whereas with Fra it's Ntamack (actually not slowing it but not providing it at all).

I was out to dinner with a former LaR player in the week and he said it looked like West was coming back there

We should wait to see if there is substance to this: especially given my dislike of this player and his past.

He has been jailed awaiting judgment. Not looking good for him. This boy can't keep his nerve. He has shown this on the pitch and in civil life. Sad.

And Clermont will find themselves without depth at 3.

So Haouas guilty and most likely without a contract as Clermont announced he would not wear their jersey... What a waste...

The bloke is really adding them up. Burnt his future with French team and then this.

I am fairly sure a D2 club will pick him up though.

He may be given a last chance. The judge may decide he doesn't go to jail, and does community hours instead.

It is sad though.

1 year is usually an ankle bracelet.
We had a player in our team with one, he had to negotiate with the judge for some away fixtures. as you need to be "home" at specific time.
We also have Gendarmes in the team

Could he play with the bracelet? Could be dangerous.

In any case, he is going to take a big cut in salary at best.

Watching Stade Francais - Racing on and off. I find none of the two teams very convincing and champions material.

The lack of a solid scrum is crippling Racing.

Will Grenoble get back to Top 14? They are doing most of the rugby for this first 20mim but drop the ball too often to make their domination count...
