Pests v Tiggers
Quality pass, line and finish for Fekitallup for the Pests score!
And they go over for another... Leicester looking soft and porous... hopefully we’ll get a see-saw match.

If Healy's saying a Tigers player should be binned, then he really deserved it.
It’s just a shame that Oghre is a little too good-looking, he’d have an unbelievably good name for a front-rower.
Barbeary seems to be showing up well, you can almost hear the junior rugby journalists fapping away at home.

Too tempting to try out some fun stuff I guess. Hopefully they'll be told to stick it up the jumper again until they've got 4, then try the pretty stuff again.ASMO wrote: Wed Sep 09, 2020 5:13 pm Why the hell are Wasps trying to play wide, they don't need to, they are so superior in the forwards, just stuff it up the jumper, could have had another 2 tries

A try for each of his two appearances so far. Not a bad return.Ali Cadoo wrote: Wed Sep 09, 2020 5:39 pm Yeah, lovely show and go - good turn of speed, too. He’s been getting on the scoresheet quite a bit, hasn’t he?
Being able to play both him and Oghre at hooker or back row is great for squad depth
He loves it!sockwithaticket wrote: Wed Sep 09, 2020 5:40 pmA try for each of his two appearances so far. Not a bad return.Ali Cadoo wrote: Wed Sep 09, 2020 5:39 pm Yeah, lovely show and go - good turn of speed, too. He’s been getting on the scoresheet quite a bit, hasn’t he?

I love it when our scrum strike moves come off. That was sexy.

A shame that didn't come to anything, but it looks like we've properly found our rhythm now.

The disappointing game against Sale indicated he's got some work to do on game management, especially in adverse weather. He's got oodles of talent going forward, I see him as George Ford's potential successor.Ali Cadoo wrote: Wed Sep 09, 2020 5:57 pm Good game from Umaga - I’m yet to see the quality of an international in him but I can see why he should get a call-up at some point.

Nice to see that for Spink, he copped a nasty knee injury around the same time as Vellacott, so spent a loooong time on the sidelines having just been elevated to the senior squad.

You jinxed it!Ali Cadoo wrote: Wed Sep 09, 2020 6:05 pm That really was a beautifully worked try, excellent break, slipped passes, inside scissors... training ground porn.
Wow... a potential 60point bit of abuse for Tiggers... just imagine how furrowed Martin Johnson’s brow must be.
Even still, I need that South Park gif of Stan's dad...

Strange times, strange matches, strange scorelines. Feel sorry for Ellis Genge, happier times will lie in store for him.
Pick him for the Barbarians game then fuck him off to obscurityKawazaki wrote: Wed Sep 09, 2020 6:23 pm We all know that Youngs will get picked as first choice by Jones yet again.
The real tragedy isn't that such a pitifully average player gets picked, that can happen occasionally but one-fucking-hundred times?! It's actually shameful.

No, he deserves to be fired from a clown canon into the sun. He literally does nothing well, nothing at all. If he had just one thing he did well then I might get it but there's nothing. He the Atacama desert of rugby players.

He got himself yellow carded for deliberately knocking the ball on right in front of a touch judge not long after coming on. Like he'd had a little run around and decided it was time for a rest...Ali Cadoo wrote: Wed Sep 09, 2020 11:07 pm The only thing I recall Youngs doing is making a hash of picking the ball up from a ruck and then throwing himself into the ruck out of shame. It genuinely looked like he was trying to hide amongst the bodies.
