The Core.

It is shit, but it is marvellous shit. I will always watch it if I see it on the TV Guide/Netflix.

Same with Oceans 11.
Ian Madigan for Ireland.

Fuck off! That's not a Bad Film. It's brilliant and a classic.

It is indeed brilliant - so wonderfully silly.

What is the condition of Sergeant Kruger?
[pause]

General Streck, German High Command:
Very well, let me know if there is any change in his condition.
[Hangs up]

How TF does Dark Star come into the category defined in the OP? Absolute cult classic. Low budget does not necessarily equate to crap. I doubt 12 Angry Men cost more than $2 to make.

There were a few terrible films which back then I thought were brilliant, but almost certainly wouldn't stand the test of time, like Weird Science.

Does Mamma Mia qualify, since it's actually so knowing in its awfulness but brilliant because of it?

On the same line, & also staring the late, great, Fred Ward, I'll nominate Remo Williams

The subject of Tremors, RLM's Mike and Jay started a new segment to talk about one of their favourites! It's been a while since I've watched it, but the one critique I remember was the bad and unnecessary animation when Gross and McIntyre shoot up the one that busts into their basement.
