I'm half enjoying it.tc27 wrote: Sat Sep 09, 2023 8:34 pm England winning by a scoreline divisible by 3.
'Neutrals' going mental in the match thread.
The good times are back at least until after this water break.
At least the defence is working for the first time this year so far.
We'll work on tries in 2024

Mehh. This group was always the biggest joke so the result of this match largely irrelevant.tc27 wrote: Sat Sep 09, 2023 8:34 pm England winning by a scoreline divisible by 3.

I'm struggling to think of a worse performance by a side against 14 men when they were already favourites to win at KO.

Argentina's heads have completely gone.
If this was Scotland digging out a win I'd be delighted with how this is going.tc27 wrote: Sat Sep 09, 2023 8:36 pmFuck it im enjoying it.Margin__Walker wrote: Sat Sep 09, 2023 8:35 pmI'm half enjoying it.tc27 wrote: Sat Sep 09, 2023 8:34 pm England winning by a scoreline divisible by 3.

At least smash into someone before the game finishes.
Shame he'll be dropped when Fazlet available.
Yeah but it’s not, and as it is the premium game selected to played on the first Saturday night of the World Cup by the schedulers, I was hoping for more than thisBig D wrote: Sat Sep 09, 2023 8:38 pmIf this was Scotland digging out a win I'd be delighted with how this is going.tc27 wrote: Sat Sep 09, 2023 8:36 pmFuck it im enjoying it.Margin__Walker wrote: Sat Sep 09, 2023 8:35 pm

One thing struck me. In this age of over coached players, I tend to think of captaincy as being irrelevant. But when a side loses the plot, someone needs to show some leadership. Not happened here. Just 15 guys walking around with their heads down in full on surrender mode to at least equal anything by Fra in the bad old decades.C69 wrote: Sat Sep 09, 2023 8:37 pm Argies ha be completely lost it and have annoyed the ref to fixk
Arg should count themselves lucky they aren't Colombian or they'd not be able to go home.

I long since took my glasses off and to my horror, thought the clock said 58 mins.
You've given me a modicum of relief.

This is a total pea hearted capitulation and the Argies have been terrible in all aspects.EnergiseR2 wrote: Sat Sep 09, 2023 8:45 pm Is this the worst world cup performance ever? Ireland v Georgia 2007 was the last match were I thought a team deserved to be sent home
Their handling especially.
Their lack of a game plan and no leadership at all

I’m going to struggle to finish this game. Five minutes be damned. 30 points in the match and not a single fucking try.

Well this has f**ked my FR picks. I was loathe to pick Arg because of their regular scrambled brains but Eng have been so sh*t, that seemed a suicide choice.
This is a more humiliating defeat for Arg than Namibia's in 2003.
