Great win, Fiji. Hope you make it into the knock-outs.
What's that now for Eddie, 1 win from his first 6 tests in charge?

I think we need to perform a welfare check on @Deepsouth, he's been very quiet lately.

It is entirely in their own hands, they simply need large points differences (and 4 try BPs of course).topofthemoon wrote: ↑Sun Sep 17, 2023 6:17 pm If Fiji manage BP wins against both Georgia and Portugal they are guaranteed a quarter-final slot except for a solitary scenario where:
- Australia v Wales match is a BP win for Australia with Wales collecting one BP; and
- Australia finish the pool with the best points difference; and
- Australia and Wales both collect BP wins v Portugal and Georgia respectively.
Essentially, FIji have qualification almost entirely in their own hands.

Given the Aus situation, could we see a game where Australia, if they manage to get 4 tries, have a genuine interest in allowing Wales to get a BP? It's their best chance of progressing.
