Maxwell play a gem of an innings. He look a bit fucked now. Had a look at the log must be better for Pakistan/Black Caps to get that 4th spot if Australia win.

Maxwell can barely walk. If he stays on for another 3 or 4 overs then you fancy Aussie to win.

If he goes off now.....not sure.

At over 27, Afghanistan were rated at 99.79% to win.

Aussies and Cricket World Cups huh.....they just peak at the right time.

They were actually very lucky. We got their nr and a fat choking hurt in the past (Donald, Gibbs, Zulu)to settle with them.

If NZ somehow makes it through we'll probably be facing India.

Worse decision than last ball of the AFG innings last night?

So if NZ manage to turn their performances around and beat Sri Lanka - then the top four is confirmed?

It will piss down for the Crappers game tonight and we won't qualify.

That's fine - 4th place is just to find out who India will steamroll on the way to the final.

I suspect they would rather be back home.

Kane Williamson spins the coin, Kusal Mendis calls heads and it is tails. New Zealand opt to field.

Boult finishes his 10 overs with 45 dot balls. That is absurd.

He really hasn't been good this CWC. A shadow of his former greatness.

Is this going to be one of those last wicket stands where somehow SL get up to 200 and heap pressure on NZ?
