Wait and see. RG turning up needing surgery and prioritizing going on the piss while injured ahead of letting Munster know about it hasn't impressed.OomStruisbaai wrote: Fri Nov 10, 2023 5:50 am Look like Jean Kleyn have to leave Munster. He will be a massive boost for the Stormers. Nothing about PSdT yet.

Can't believe the Sharks struggle to put this lot away.

Chamberlain taking some wrong options kicking, Zebre fall apart when forwards walk towards them with ball in hand. Ball dies a bit in the truck ups by van rensberg.OomStruisbaai wrote: Fri Nov 10, 2023 6:18 pm Can't believe the Sharks struggle to put this lot away.
Stop grubbers, stop kamikazeing into rucks, slow it down ever so slightly, and should be a bonus point.
Far too much fizz.

Get both sharks centres off, replace with forwards.
Offer to play with 14, taking wright off

Zebre player fucking dipped into that to less than a metre.
Absolutely fuckong garbage decision from more garbage officiating.

I hate forwards running inches off the ground forcing tacklers to tackle at worm-height.TheNatalShark wrote: Fri Nov 10, 2023 6:51 pm Zebre player fucking dipped into that to less than a metre.

Fucking hell. Whose the TMO tonight ?, that's a fucking appalling decision by Murphy, but it's bizarre that the TMO saw all those replays & concluded there was any foul play in it
I’d like Ox’s opinion before I decide.OomStruisbaai wrote: Fri Nov 10, 2023 7:20 pm Congrats to Zebre. They really fight hard for this win.

Nice to see the Irish sides have a sprinkling of young lads who've been successful at U20 level, & are getting some proper game time.

Thought the Bulls would ran away against Cardiff. Not so. Still a good win for them.

I wonder if the URC is gradually getting towards a Top14 situation where away wins are as rare as rocking horse shit.

I think teams have a higher chance of winning at Dragons and Zebra still, but yeah, it's all about defending the castle so to speak
SA rugby at a low point for sure

Meh, I'm not writing them off after 4 rounds. It's already pretty obvious that the NH sides had better pre-seasons, & look ready to play 90 minutes of rugby from round 1.
I think the SA sides might still be struggling to get their conditioning & preparation for the number of games in the URC right ?
This year, the fact that the final shootout the two divisions are irrelevant might make them regret not preparing properly.
All our Boks are resting. 3 weeks more Rugby than the rest of the URC.

Slick is on his usual troll SA trip. It's all away games Like our Fishfriend say, away wins is going to be difficult. All signs of an improved tournament. Jake White quoted that even Boks want to return to play URC.
You will also see more of Griquas, Cheetahs and Pumas joining the comp via weaker sides like Ospreys
In the end it's a win win for all the URC teams.
It was a joke lads, you just won the WC ffs…OomStruisbaai wrote: Sat Nov 11, 2023 5:21 amSlick is on his usual troll SA trip. Congratulations Zebra.
$harks are in a real mess. Boeta is not a 10, and our two scumhalves are utter dogshit.
I still think there is some good young talent in the team, perhaps we're just taking longer than expected to adapt to Plumtree's plans. Defence looks good, but attack is horrific.
Oh and the standard of refereeing is worse than I remembered, some awful decisions going against us. But we didn't adapt.

Not having a game that will figure on his highlights reel
I’m a Glasgow Season Ticket holder and my seats are right behind the away team: stormers bench cheered the off the ball stuff more than anything that happened in the game. I get coaches might push a ‘no one likes us, we don’t care’ culture (Munster have done that to great effect). But it was really weirdl.Sandstorm wrote: Sat Nov 11, 2023 3:27 pm Stormers discipline already an issue. The pitch is also a shambles.

Stormers again tried to much fancy. Have to lift a lot.
Very weird. It’s not something we’ve ever been guilty of in the past. Same coach too, so I don’t know where it’s come from.Simian wrote: Sat Nov 11, 2023 3:47 pmI’m a Glasgow Season Ticket holder and my seats are right behind the away team: stormers bench cheered the off the ball stuff more than anything that happened in the game. And kick less. Du Plessis and Gelant don’t do anything else.OomStruisbaai wrote: Sat Nov 11, 2023 3:50 pm Stormers again tried to much fancy. Have to lift a lot.
