Scrum penalty Stormers. Fatty worth his weight in gold.

Stormers score to close out the match.

Phew. I was worried with 15 mins to go; but Fatty Malherbe got us our scrums back.

He just leant in a bit and no strength in the world could hold up that weight against gravity.

Stomps lack of depth is worrying. The step down from Herschel and Willemse to DeWet and Swiel is ridiculous. Bench players lack of intensity and poor tackling will cost us against better sides.

We are missing some top forwards like PSDT and Jaco, but it’s still a problem.

Our lineout was also very average. Scarra was dire.

The Lions were certainly much much better than what I expected.
I must say that I expected more from the Stormers. You can't deny the quality of their run on XV.
Well done to both teams.

The Bulls by far the best side today. Morne Steyn by far the best 10 today.

Stormers also satisfied. They have a bye in round 1, luckily most of the players wil be in action next weekend.

Good to watch local rugby.

He was good, but with Ward in the bin and Bosch non-tackling it was an easy ride in the 10 channel.

Well done Bulls. Didn't see the match so can't comment. But I suspected they would win, White has assembled quite a strong squad.

Cheetahs would be better preparation for the Bulls

I hope the coach is brave enough to give Wolhuter or Mossie a chance in 10 next time. Swiel is just another 10.

You would think that Nienaber would have sorted the line out by now .

looked very disjointed and disorganized on defense. I only got the highlights. But 15 is a huge concern with world beater Fassi out.
Well played by the Bulls. They looked like they really really wanted it....Sharks players looked goofed

Sards, in all fairness 15 should be the least of your worries. 1-7 were pretty anonymous. 9, 10 and 12 were hopeless.

In the stadium? 126 I think was the quoted figure of people allowed in the stadium. That would be staff etc

Yeah i think the media websites just used the news that a small amount of people would be allowed inside the stadium as clickbait. In the end it was only the players, staff and people from the media like the camera men, etc that were inside which basically adds up to the 174 number or whatever it was that was mentioned in all the news articles last week.

What The Fuck?
Some of the Stomps go down on one knee, some go down on 2 knee's, some go down and then get up. Some stand around looking like they don't know what the fuck is going on.

All in all it looks a bit like the Sharks game plan.

I thought they would follow their WC winning captain and ANC presidents lead.

This show Kolisi have more balls then he get credit for.

Excellent captain. Amm can only learn from him.
