From Ireland I guess; POM, Murray, & Healy for starters; all great servants, but probably should have followed Sexton & just called it a day after the RWC.

Who are the players from the other Countries who need to now focus on their clubs for the next year, & let others pick up the International torch ?

WP Nel will be 38 in a few weeks.

He dug us out of a great big hole for a good number of years.

Maybe Hamish Watson has played his last game in a Scotland shirt.

Hoping Healy will finally head for a season or two in AIL to get some experience

There are a lot of Springboks but they first must deal with the Irish.

Any IQ player in the provinces is by default available for international selection and word is that Murray is getting 12 months. Not sure on POM.

There was a lot of speculation from commentators about Care and Tuilagi during the England game. Tuilagi being off to a non-English club for an end of career payday seems to have been all but confirmed at this point, but Care seems like pure speculation based on his age. The only thing he's said in recent times that comes close to retirement chat is that he's just taking it season by season at this point in his career. I can see a scenario where he's retired by the coaches, though he seems to very firmly be our second choice 9 at this point, but I don't think he's ready to retire from internationals just yet.

I suspect Dan Cole's day will be soon, but more likely after the summer NZ tour than this 6N.

Out of all of them, I could see Cole continuing to trundle on as the cupboard is quite bare at tight head.
