2024 URC final Bulls vs Glasgow
Apparently 200 tickets left.assfly wrote: Wed Jun 19, 2024 9:31 am Saturday at Loftus sounds like it's going to be a proper jol.
They are making it a massive viewing party for the Boks game at 15:00.
By the time the 18:00 kick-off comes around that crowd is going to be VERY rowdy.

Don't get the thinking on not having a free to air stream just for the final. Even the footie Champions League final has that and that is one event where people could cough up some cash for a single game.
Usual joined up rugby thinking of stopping the casual viewer from getting an interest.

sold out.
Real Shame that Stafford is injured - Glasgow's best player this season - Shuggie not a bad substitute though - Glasgow by 5Begbie wrote: Fri Jun 21, 2024 11:08 am Meatball to win it with a drop goal on the 80th minute.

Can someone remind me why this isn’t done at a neutral venue?

The point I was making was how can there be a neutral venue. It would be a waste of effort.

Reward for finishing highest in the league, it's different when all the teams are from the same country as per France and England
Not if they decided at the start of the season. Of course a team from that chosen stadium could still reach the final

Yup, I know that’s the rules, just seems a massive advantage for a finalTichtheid wrote: Sat Jun 22, 2024 4:22 pmSlick wrote: Sat Jun 22, 2024 4:02 pmLooks brilliantbok_viking wrote: Sat Jun 22, 2024 3:19 pm Great crowd In the stadium and outside watching the bok game

There used to be a destination final, there was some chat about it earlier in the week on the Ouija board.
If Glasgow hadn't imploded against the Lions this game would have been played at Murrayfield.

That’s of no help to the conversation at all
Anyway, doesn’t matter, back to the game. I expect Glasgow are going to run out of steam in the 2nd half
