What if you're in the caley area but spat you're dummy out when they dropped the caley so you changed to embra?

You can break out the good whisky in celebration of Glasgow winning and showing great mental strength in the process
Fiiine. At least I get a few weeks off from being an embra supporter just now.

You chose Edinburgh though. I played for The South at school and chose Edinburgh because of my time playing at Accies.

Poor attempt at Swarm infighting. Just bask in the glory of Scotland's true rugby city...GLASGOW.

Being serious for a minute, if you like coca-cola and you like whisky, try some of the big Islays with coke. One of the preeminent writers on the subject of whisky from any part of the world told me his favourite drink when he wants a relaxing tipple, rather than working at what the nose, palate and finish are, is Lagavulin and coke

I particularly like Laphroaig and coke, with ice.

Unfortunately I haven't seen any rugby except the last 15 minutes of the Bulls vs Glasgow game. Bad luck Bulls. Outstanding Glascow. Played a very intelligent last quarter.

Deserved winners

Well done Jocks. Maybe allow yourself an extra 1/2 shandy tonight.

Who can deny that Glasgow are deserving Champions. It was literally like watching Braveheart. Those lads deserve the adoration and accolades that will follow.

You told us the Stormers had the easiest quarter final. Give yourself an uppercut.

Stormers, Munster and then Bulls! Fantastic set of results for the guys.

Am I right in thinking that Zander Fagerson played the full 80mins in every one of these three matches? Name me an international tight head who can do that and still hold his side of the scrum up - huge strength coupled with outstanding aerobic capacity. It's not like he doesnt do a shift in carrying, tackling or lifting either - the guy is just immense.

Why are the Stormers relevant in a congratulations of Glasgow. Stormers were relevant 2 seasons ago. You Stomps always want to throw shade on everyone else's performances. Chip on the shoulder stuff

Well done Glasgow. I don't think anyone can complain about that second half performance.

Bulls just seemed to run out of ideas. Even when they were comfortably in front early in the 2nd half, there were tell-tale signs in their body language which got me worried. I think Glasgow sensed this and the momentum of the game changed.

Bulls have some real soul-searching to do. Such a huge squad with many Boks and a sold-out home final. Goosen totally bottled and the senior leaders in the team were missing in action. I think Jake White will regret some of his comments after the match too.

Just seen the Jake White post-match presser. I can understand how crushingly disappointed he must have felt at the time. But his comments on the ref were bang out of order and there was very little recognition of Glasgow's brilliance - while his captain and all the fan comments I've seen were full of praise and a real credit to the Bulls, the coach just sounded bitter and in denial about what happened in the game.

Can anyone paste? I can't find for some reason. Agree, most of the fans comments on social media have been very fair and I already mentioned in another thread the good interview with the skipper.

Thanks. I like Jake White, so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt here. But what is it about Saffers....

WLR a massive loss. Adds so much playmaking ability and takes pressure off the 10. No surprise to see Goosen struggle without him there.

This. Sadly the Bulls poached from everywhere players and they still come out sort. Where is his defensive coach? Thats their biggest problem all season. Franco Smith turned Glasgow around after the Lions blasted them off the park with 14 men. Unbelievable and impressive to say the least. I maybe wrong but Rassie wanted him as backline coach back in 2018 and he chose to go to Italy.

I am not sure about that. Devon had a good game and Willie can be a Libbok at times. I have seen up and unders landing on his head in the past.

I haven't see any Saffas bleating about the Bulls loss: but then I don't do twatter and reddit etc.

Most folk just saying the Bulls weren't good enough on the day.

Only Jake as far as I can tell.

Bulls were poor on the day. They didn't deserve to win. Ref was excellent I thought. No complaints from my side and massive congrats to Glasgow. They achieved quote a feat and their run to the final mirror's Munster's from last year. Very impressive.

yup, Jake White definitely the odd one out in this one.

Actually, it is quite amazing that the two sets of fans you'd perhaps least expect it from as a naive Glasgow rugby fan (Munster and Saffers) have been so gracious in defeat over the last two weeks. Helps restore some belief that 'rugby values' actually exist and are not a complete load of bollocks.

I was lucky enough to get the Loftus Versfeld to see Glasgow lift the Championship - to a man /woman , all the Bulls fans we met were fantastic and all were congratulating us on the Glasgow performance - not always easy considering that the Bulls have been two finals without lifting the trophy. Being a Glasgow supporter we know well how hard that can sting at the time.

Bulls were unlucky with injuries to Willie le roux & having Cameron Hanekom limp off in the second half - he's some player & only just 22. I have no doubt Trophies will come for the Bulls, I only hope not at the expense of Glasgow

Ruan Nortje words at the end of the game were both generous & magnanimous - Classy man / Classy player.

One of my (many) memories of the trip to RSA was the experience of the atmosphere at Loftus - truly awesome - nothing like that in the Northern Hemisphere

Good luck next season - lets hope for another Warriors / Bulls final - though I'm sure the Bulls fans would hope for a different outcome

They are not that kind to WP and Stormer supporters. Back in my army days they throw us with naartjies. I didnt mind because I was hungry.

Just joking, We understand rugby culture. The only thing that irritate me with the Loftus crowd was the booing when the kickers line up. I really like the NH crowds that stay dead silence with kicks. Its a kak habit originate from Soup rugby.
