The English defensive system is standing up well to the vaunted Welsh attack.

Two headers must be some kind of record for tries in an international

Wales Rd1 under Gatland is back again. Pity after a good middle of the tournament improvement

Wales need a really good long look at where the want to be in 5 or maybe 10 years' time.

Genuine half-arsed turnover attempt by Jac Morgan. He was sooo much more keen last week.

Wanker haircuts are common in the front row in England.

I thought he had a chance of a Lions spot but he has been demolished by the Currys today.

Wales might be all over the shop, but Ford taking it to the line and releasing a runner is something I will miss when he's gone.

Carnage.

Well done, England. They've been building nicely through the tournament and played with real focus and accuracy today.

Hawera-born Blair Murray was pretty much the only shining light for poor old Wales.

Looking forward to the final game. Scotland have had their moments, but I'm hoping France can win it, without Dupont. They'd already have it in the bag if not for their shockingly poor loss to England. Wonder which France will turn up today.

That was vintage New Zealand levels of putting a team to the sword.

Either or. Probably the best back row display of the tournament.

The old way to make Fois Gras was to get the goose and force feed it with a kind of funnel and corkscrew arrangement, forcing food down the neck of the bird. They would be given salted water to keep them thirsty and so drinking in order to get more food down them.
Then there was the method of catching small birds in a net and the whole bird would be eaten, soft bones and all, you eat under a cloth.

I think France will dine on Scotland like that tonight, but we will see it all.

I'll be happy if we keep it respectable and show half the guts the U20's showed last night.

This has exorcised a number of Cardiff demons from my soul. Can’t pretend to have not enjoyed a second of that

C’mon the Scots

I almost felt for AWJ when Gabby asked him about Itoje as Lions captain then. He was very diplomatic (and also quite right)
