URC Season 2024/2025 Official Thread
The ref was very lenient on Zebra. Our scrum demolition of them hardly ever resulted in penalties. We would walk them back 5 metres and still no penalties. Some other stuff too. But we looked very frustrated and confused. We need to learn to keep pressure on. Jordan looked very average at 10. Our 15 was purely a stand in. Hooker had an outing he would rather forget. But Andre Esterhuizen is fit again and hopefully ( crossing all fingers and toes )....Fassi is back for Leinster.assfly wrote: Sun Mar 23, 2025 12:10 pm I didn't see the game, but Zebre got a bit lucky with that last try.
Anyway, a win's a win. Kolisi looks in good form.
Why should you get a penalty for just shoving them back?Sards wrote: Mon Mar 24, 2025 8:11 amThe ref was very lenient on Zebra. Our scrum demolition of them hardly ever resulted in penalties. No. It will be Leinster C (Ireland B) against the Sharks. Sharks will eat themSards wrote: Mon Mar 24, 2025 9:14 am Only the Bulls have beaten Leinster. Again. Let's hope the Sharks can fly the south africa vs Ireland flag. Are the other internationals back for Ireland this weekend
I know its kind of close due to the speed it all happens, but that's definitely playing the ball off the deck. He's tackled and immediately places the ball, player comes in a forms a ruck, ruck collapses, and THEN he passes off the deck. 100% should have been a penalty ScarlettsOomStruisbaai wrote: Sun Mar 23, 2025 11:58 am This have a bit of everything in the extreme.

Agreed, but I haven't seen that penalised in about 9 years.PornDog wrote: Wed Mar 26, 2025 10:47 amI know its kind of close due to the speed it all happens, but that's definitely playing the ball off the deck. What happened to Werner Koch?
It's a night game, so not expecting to much.
Just glad that SMZ and Willemse is back.

The YC was spectacularly stupid; Baloucoune completely over cooked the kick, so taking him out was unnecessarySandstorm wrote: Fri Mar 28, 2025 8:20 pm Stormers bring fucking idiots and Ulster level the scores at half time.

Very sweet try that by Ulster; should be enough to give them the "W", & leave Stormers with nada

That red card against Neethling was a joke.
Stormers at least got two points which will be handy.

Those two points could be 5 or 6 places on the final table
