Owners went to work at 7.10am. Guess when the barking started?
We'll be waiting when they get home.
Dogs
We recently adopted another rescue dog from our local SPCA branch.
I was expecting a pavement special \ township warrior \ Kenyan shepherd \ mixed breed (you know the kind) but ended up with a Golden Retriever.
Absolutely amazing dog. Incredibly smart (much more than my other two) but oh my god the neediest pet I have ever had. Sleep on the table on our patio and follows our every move in the house. When we come outside he's beside himself and will do anything for a pat. I suspect he may have been abused or neglected in his previous home, and knows he's on a good wicket now. But I hope he calms down. I can't fart in bed in the morning without his snout pulling back the curtain from outside to inspect the noise.

My doggie is approaching the end it seems. 13 in a couple of months and he just seems to have hit a wall. In the space of a couple of months he’s gone from running around (admittedly for nowhere near as long as he used to) to barely being able to stand on his hind legs. I’m absolutely devastated. That daft dog has gotten me through some pretty tough times and is a brilliant listener when out on walks.

It's like you know this day will come at some point, but we never think these crazy mutts would get such a hold on us.
It's crap.
