How is that a lineout penalty. The Italian clearly backed into the Scottish jumper. Very dangerous.

That's where Italy are frustrating. That was all behind the gainline so time for a chip behind by SH or FH. Instead they cough up needless pen. Decision making not the sharpest.

if you're going to tell the 9 to ue it, then punish the team if they do anythign other than use it. its not use it until you get another shove, weak ref
