2021 Top League thread

starts in about 11 days, with a lot of All Blacks legends (BB/TJ/Read) up there and ozzies too might be a good competition to watch until Soup2021 starts next month
anyhow somehow Read is looking 10 years younger now in japan..

Tokyo and the surrounding three prefectures are on the verge of declaring a state of emergency so I would not get too excited about the Top League.

EDIT: The Japan Rugby Football Union said Thursday that the start of the 2021 Japan Rugby Top League season will be pushed back to early or mid-February and the competition format modified because of multiple COVID-19 outbreaks among players and staff.

so this starts on Feb 20th with 4 games around 2pm on 4 different Jsport channels lol...lol that was idiotic.. Top14'ish

A significant number of groundkeepers here still do not believe in winter overseeding. Buggered if I know why because at the J-League stadiums it is not standard practice.
