Anyone ordered anything in bulk from them?

I'm looking at about AU$1000 worth of low value stock

Any gotchas?

Ordered one thing from them in 2020, absolutely wouldn't recommend: the stuff never arrived despite it being updated in their system as being so. Took a while to get the money back and they retained a small portion of it!

I read the trustpilot reviews; it seems that in disputes they often side with the sellers who are overwhelmingly in mainland China (a common complaint) and damaged goods weren't refunded in a number of cases.

Got my two previous phones off it (£150 range) both took 3-4 weeks to arrive, not an issue.

Wouldn't spend a large amount because as Caleyred says, if you hit an issue you should go in with expectation your money is gone.

Apparently some orderings have shipping insurance though

Yeah. It's bulk items worth only 50c each

It's whether it turns up or what turns up!

If you go ahead, and you can, pay with Paypal. Lot easier to get your money back that way.

I've received 99% of my orders. The 1% that don't arrive might actually be due to being lost in transit which can happen with any service

Would never order anything direct from China or Hong Kong. Scams are rife, as I have learned the hard way.

Fortunately it didn't cost us too much.
