Die Afrikaanse Musiek Draad

I've been watching Krone here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-9wY4 ... hKw/videos

Some of the music obviously kak but I think we have some talented Afrikaans singers nevertheless.

You don’t even need the media tags.

It’s fitting that the C grade music is matched by the C grade video production. It’s incredible how far behind you are in quality of music and production values from a tiny country like NZ. That song is 10 years old, but the video makes it seem like the 80s.

Wou dit net reg stel, so chill net bietjie ou perd.

So jy sê ek is kommin. Vokof, man. The African Jazz Pioneers is omtrent al waarna mens kan luister van prezzie se " Our People". Is jy ook 'n "Our People"?

That is older than 30 years and the video is not a professional, official music release. It's a random compilation by some youtube user. I've posted a link of some Afrikaans concerts (only Afrikaans singers) in the first post of this thread. Check some of those videos before talking shit about production quality. It will also give you an idea of what has been going on on the Afrikaans music scene, quality of Afrikaans artists, etc. Some education for you. Then afterwards, supply some links of your quality NZ music and concerts. I promise to look at the kak you produce in NZ.

Spot on with the 80s call very hard to tell with Afrikaans pop. Modern vids still look like B grade porn.

The last great South African music thread of PR barely made it to a second page. Gotta give the thread some quality of life.

60s? Check your ears. I doubt you’ve heard the Pearl Jam cover of this either?

Mr. Bungle, stop hurting our ears bro. Agree with Fangle. Please post that crap on a NZ thread.
