Was at a refs meeting last night and the number of penalties per game at pro level is up 30% from before Covid.
Give it a month or two - it would be interesting to see how infringements are pinged at the start of each season compared to the latter half, because my perception (and I'm not alone) is that the refs are hot on particular things to begin with and then revert to letting them go, or is it the case that player behaviour is influenced by the refs pinging them at the start?
As for the pic, Laurent is right, dribbling.
There is a history of Scottish rugby written by several authors including Bill McLaren, it's called "Feet Scotland, Feet!" - a call from the terraces to employ our dribbling game.
