Naturally the media rattle on about Murder, She Wrote; but anyone who's seen the original, Manchurian Candidate, knows that it's a great pity she didn't do more work in films, because she should have won the Oscar that year for her role, at a canter.

I knew about Klugman, & Lansbury, but I hadn't heard about Falk's, good works.
It's like the way Kirk Douglas & others, made studios work with actors, writers etc, who had been blackballed, because McCarthy's committee had labelled them as Communists, & that was enough to destroy them.
Meanwhile you had pricks like Reagan, & Wayne who never served a day in his countries service; but felt entitled to question the patriotism of others who had !!!
