Twickenham Q re sunny seats

Have just been invited to the England France game today, block L23 in east stand. One of our group has had recent skin cancer and has to do the whole hat & sunblock Monty, will a 3:15 pm game in June in east stand be in the sun ? I’ve never been at this time of year and don’t actually think I’ve ever been on a sunny day so don’t know if those seats will be in the full glare or not.

East stand to me means that’s yes sun sets in the west and you will be baked like a doughnut today
