Thanks Enz. Was going to start this myself today.
Hotting up. I’ve not been following for a while but has ETNZ still not released their second boat?
Of course the did the trickery of releasing their mini practice boat after their first, when it had appeared they skipped building a practice boat.
Do the results feed in to the Prada Cup Challenge, or is it a "friendly", and opportunity to give the boats a beasting, or even a bit more for Ainslie the ship slayer?

The hull on that british boat is quite sexual, complete turnaround from that old floating swim pontoon they first came up with.
The yanks launched their new boat into an almost pitch pole the other day I see too.
It's looking like there will be some amazing racing to watch. Was up Mt Vic in Takas the other week too for first time in years, terrific viewing location.

ETNZ have finally released their boat.
I imagine there will be quite a few photos being taken.
They’ve left it late. Think they’re racing soon. I guess they are still remembering San Diego where they were copied and beaten.

Well it's extremely low in France .
The Biggest off shore race is on and I don't believe there is a French challenger this time.

I can see why: Vendee Race is about someone trapped all alone for months in a miserable, damp box with no access to family or friends.....and you could die at any moment. A bit too close for home for everyone else at present to get excited about watching.

And no I not a yachting fan as such, but watch the odd race or whatever on TV if it comes on, and have no doubt I will watch this. I know these are not purists boats, but I find them fun to watch they go so bloody fast.

United States challenger Stars + Stripes Team USA have officially withdrawn from the 2021 America’s Cup.
Their demise was inevitable as they battled financial problems over the past two years.
They had failed to meet a series of deadlines and their backers at the Long Beach Yacht Club in California officially notified the Royal New Zealand Yacht Club that their challenge had been withdrawn.
The confirmation leaves the fleet at four syndicates. INEOS Team UK, American Magic and Luna Rossa (Italy) contest the Prada Cup challenger series in January and February with the winner of that going on to meet Emirates Team New Zealand in the America’s Cup match in March.
Mike Buckley and Taylor Canfield wanted to be an all-American challenge and even got Cup legend Dennis Conner’s approval to use his Stars + Stripes name.
They purchased a design package from defenders Emirates Team New Zealand for a first-generation AC75 after formally announcing their challenge in late 2018.
That boat was only half-completed as financial realities hit.

That was a strange one. That team were clearly never going to make it. Never building a boat, nor anything. And not even being written in to the racing schedule were some of the bigger clues.
It’s not like something you can knock together over a weekend. Or even a couple of years for that matter.
