It doesn't appear for me (not that I usually visit the main site) Maybe it's delivered from a 3rd party that I already have blocked.

The pop up at the bottom of the screen every time you open a new forum page is a real bastard.

I'm running adblocker plus, & they don't detect it.

The irony being my ad blocker blocked their ad blocker warning so I've never seen that either.

I run noscript, adblock plus, fbpurity in the browser and a pi-hole on my network. I never see adverts, occasionally I get blocked from sites.SaintK wrote: Fri Nov 20, 2020 11:08 amSame here.Torquemada 1420 wrote: Fri Nov 20, 2020 10:40 am The irony being my ad blocker blocked their ad blocker warning so I've never seen that either.![]()
Occasionally I am forced to use the internet without all the above and it horrifies me how crap it all is.
I'm just fascinated how anything can get through your pi-hole <hurr hurr>Dinsdale Piranha wrote: Fri Nov 20, 2020 11:59 amI run noscript, adblock plus, fbpurity in the browser and a pi-hole on my network. That's fine on your PC (I do similar), but what do you run on your Iphone? Mine is a sea of adverts.....Dinsdale Piranha wrote: Fri Nov 20, 2020 11:59 amI run noscript, adblock plus, fbpurity in the browser and a pi-hole on my network. Most of those add-ons are available on Firefox mobile (on Android anyway) however I do almost no web browsing on my phone so it's not much of an issue.Sandstorm wrote: Fri Nov 20, 2020 12:04 pmThat's fine on your PC (I do similar), but what do you run on your Iphone? It's busier than this place is, but both of them together fall well short of PR in its heyday.Northern Lights wrote: Sat Nov 21, 2020 12:33 pm How busy is PR? Haven’t been back and am just using this place

Use opera on my mobile and if there has been adverts they have been so inconspicuous that I haven't noticed them. Just checking pr forum and no adverts like always.
Some websites don't work with adblockers, but I tend to browse those sites on my laptop. Only ads are from apps but I'm too cheap to pay for the non advert version
