NZ bummed at the breakdown again......
The mad thing was that I think Barnes’ justification was that “the player wasn’t sure if it was out” - that’s a dangerous route to go down

Total waste of space.

Total waste of space.
To be fair on that one, he’s plain knackered.

Superb Ireland, clearly superior.

Cue NZ stockmarket plummeting 5%.
Best away performance in a series by a test nation I can recall. Only a couple of Lions' efforts might exceed that.

Subtle, first interview, they seek out James Lowe in with proper keewee accent. Top trolling

What a mad mad match! Congrats Irishers and bad luck Kiwis! If I was Irish I'd be very tempted to get day drunk right now.

Well done Ireland. Closed that out in some style.
Suspect NZ will fire Foster and try something new, but it isn’t the coach’s fault that the whole side has seemingly forgotten how to catch.
1 year out we have markers down from France and now Ireland and it’s incumbent on the rest of us to catch up, which I think at least a couple will. Exciting times

How many times did Ire turn over NZ ball? It might even have reached double figures.

Feeling so much better at full time than at the half break.
Spirited response by the ABs and great individual tries by Akira and Jordan ...
... but have to say I can't recall a more threatening running side than the Irish. Over the entire three tests they seemed to surge through almost at will.

All Blacks not at their best, but Ireland didn't give them the space and time either.
Very pleased for the team, they earned that series win. Beirne and VdF brilliant again, Sheehan and Keenan too.
And still more to come, can use the backs plenty more - Hansen had little ball today, didn't see as much of Henshaw either in attack.
But in summary: Well done the lads

Over the hills and far away........
The most telling factor for me was how Ireland handled the All Blacks' early second half surge and then calmly closed it out. Great side.Torquemada 1420 wrote: Sat Jul 16, 2022 9:07 amHadn't even thought about that, but I agree.ASMO wrote: Sat Jul 16, 2022 9:05 am Best game i have seen in ages, Ireland thoroughly deserved that, utter monsters

You are looking at the wrong area. Ire's biggest problem has been converting massive pressure, possession and territory into points. There really was no clever required in the backs. All down to lightning fast ruck ball and then the basics executed perfectly: good hands and run straight.convoluted wrote: Sat Jul 16, 2022 9:09 am ... but have to say I can't recall a more threatening running side than the Irish.
