Similarly Le Roux - its completely uncalled for poor sportsmanship. To rub your opponents face in a loss like that there is no excusing! He didn't murder anyone or anything, but it is inexcusable poor sportsmanship!

While the Saracen's cohort and their whooping and hollering is annoying and they deserve all of the stick they get (especially as it seems to have spread), but in game twattery is very different to after the final whistle poor sportsmanship.

Im not sure there is any difference between all the English whooping, backslapping and cheering when a Saffa made a mistake during the game and what LeRoux did after the game. During the game itself the Saffas didnt indulge in the same shit as the English did when an English guy made a mistake or they turned the ball over, they got on with the game as normal. I have a degree of sympathy with LeRoux who having had to endure all the English shithouse behaviour during the game took the opportunity to turn the tables and rub their noses into the ground at the end. If England want to behave the way they do during the game then they need to accept they will get it done to them when it doesn't go their way. Suck it up guys!

I've never been a fan of sledging at all (except maybe "what's the score lads?" when things kick off by the losing team) and strongly dislike the the Saracens whooping, but the final whistle is sacrosanct to me. But then after a few seconds he then ran forward towards two devastated English players and jumped up in the air in front of them celebrating directly in front of them, punching the air (the cuntish behaviour part). At the moment we have Curry accusing a Bongi of being racist, this has been widely reported in multiple news outlets, including international outlets with a wide reach. I've seen reports on Sky News about the accusation (butchering his name of course). In all of this no proof of anything has been found. I've been asked by random English people I know about it, making it one of the biggest stories of the RWC, something which penetrated well beyond rugby.

There's only two ways Bongi can be exonerated, a formal citing process, or an official statement from the England camp withdrawing the claim.

I'm sure we would all love to be accused of workplace racism, lots of innuendo but no proof, and then to potentially be left with no way of disproving the accusation.

He believes he heard it, he did exactly what he's supposed to do and reported it to the ref at the time, then got on with the game and dead batted questions after the match because it's in the hands of the officials now.

Confused by that final paragraph. At the very least it would require the process to be finished, not started, before Curry is required to do anything; if it turns out he did hear "white kant" which sounds identical to "white cunt" then I don't think it's incumbent on him to say anything - it was heard, after all. And if there's no way of proving one way or another what happened, then unless curry is lying why on earth would you expect him to say anything further?

Of course it was poor sportsmanship. That's what makes it hilarious, what it was (fantastically over the top, Le Roux ran from so far back he started off in the Strand) and who it was done to (this England side, who are the masters of the over the top celebration).
