Something isn’t working in our midfield defence.
Moving out too hard and then that last one all the back row were out the game as the scrum wheeled leaving an evwn bigger space.

I will never understand yeeting wide mis-passes to well-marked wingers who are then left with no choice but to cut back inside into a completely set defence.

I think Tuipolotu keeps sliding and his inside man is sticking and creating a gap for France to cut back into, not sure who is doing the wrong thingBig D wrote: Sat Feb 10, 2024 2:44 pmMoving out too hard and then that last one all the back row were out the game as the scrum wheeled.

Has berry upgraded that yellow to a check for red?

Really big for France to survive that period without conceding.
Kick. Your. Points.

Yup. Also, the line out was great for 30+ minutes before that, why not use it?sockwithaticket wrote: Sat Feb 10, 2024 3:05 pm Really big for France to survive that period without conceding.

I really hate listening to Owens, he's long-winded and unclear whenever he's asked to explain something. Thank Christ Barclay stepped in to concisely make the point about the directive having changed how those situations are ref.
Johnno betraying that he doesn't watch much rugby these days and/or is stuck in the past by not knowing the current law interpretation.

On the whole we have played well and deserve a stronger lead. Just need to be more accurate in the 22.Big D wrote: Sat Feb 10, 2024 3:12 pm Their try came from a really poor carry from Fagerson putting the defence on the front foot rather than the arriving attackers.

When will they learn by not taking the points on offer.
Yeah, it was a bit awkward. Balshy old fella shouting in the corner.sockwithaticket wrote: Sat Feb 10, 2024 3:12 pm I really hate listening to Owens, he's long-winded and unclear whenever he's asked to explain something. Anyone catch the confused “where are you going” on the penultimate Scottish carry there
