Something isn’t working in our midfield defence.

Moving out too hard and then that last one all the back row were out the game as the scrum wheeled leaving an evwn bigger space.

I will never understand yeeting wide mis-passes to well-marked wingers who are then left with no choice but to cut back inside into a completely set defence.

I think Tuipolotu keeps sliding and his inside man is sticking and creating a gap for France to cut back into, not sure who is doing the wrong thing

Piss weak carry by Fagerson from the kick off.

Needed to hold width in defence between too.

Nice try but why would Berry ever consider that a penalty.

I thought it was a pretty clear penalty for holding on.

That is shoulder to the head.

Edit: not head. Maybe neck area though which I think is borderline.

Has berry upgraded that yellow to a check for red?

Edit: yes he has, bunker review. Never a red for me.

That's a professional foul. Warned repeatedly and carried on.

Yellow for me, but France are just rudderless, Lucu being told to leave him alone and just ignores him.. brainless..

Jones holds his width and that was a walk in.

Totally stupid from Scotland. If going for scrum then should and could have been quick ball.

Really big for France to survive that period without conceding.

Fagerson just needs to hold his ground there. Nothing more.

Yup. Also, the line out was great for 30+ minutes before that, why not use it?

Their try came from a really poor carry from Fagerson putting the defence on the front foot rather than the arriving attackers.

I really hate listening to Owens, he's long-winded and unclear whenever he's asked to explain something. Thank Christ Barclay stepped in to concisely make the point about the directive having changed how those situations are ref.

Johnno betraying that he doesn't watch much rugby these days and/or is stuck in the past by not knowing the current law interpretation.

On the whole we have played well and deserve a stronger lead. Just need to be more accurate in the 22.

When will they learn by not taking the points on offer.

Anyone catch the confused “where are you going” on the penultimate Scottish carry there 😂

Don't know why the scrummy had to put Shane warn levels of spin to a 5 yd pass then.
