Low and slow over medium coals for 30 minutes, then boom onto hot coals to seal it.

How did you handle the tough skin

Hows this chargrilled lineup I did for a client in Stellenbosch
Obviously my Charcoal oven...a grill pit with some specialised chargrilling equipment....fryer ....chip dump.....

Basically a very upmarket version of my wifes shop.....r

Not bad for a boiler maker / Sheetmetal worker / burger flipper

Nipper, when did you last buy meat from Continental? They were always a bit pricey but are no really expensive. And I find that the quality of their meat has gone down. Buying more from Merino and Peridgevale.

I bought some sosatie wors from their Walmer deli on Sunday, it was great. I have to agree, their prices are insane. Perridgevale is great, just around the corner from my home too

It's good, but the ingredients makes the casing easy to break.

Indeed, have to prepare in a toeknip rooster. Also must not be braaied to death, which is a big problem for braaiers like OomPB

Not a huge liver fan and won’t eat brain, but I enjoy intestines, blood, and hearts. Don’t know if they count as offal but chicken feet and necks are nice.

You only boil it for a couple of minutes so it's still soft. You can add a dipping sauce or boil it in a hot pot if you want more flavour, its delicious
